medium-dark ruby color with a purplish tinge; the fruit character is
beautifully floral, clean and complex, a crush of berry flavor held in tight
suspension with the tannin. Lovely to drink now with a leg of lamb, but will
become more Elegant over 5-10 years+. 365 cases produced. Trilogy: 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc. Estate

Spicy cedary, plummy,
blackberry and blueberry fruit aroma with notes of chocolate, cassis, and
licorice; full body; rich, concentrated, complex, medium-dark ruby;
attractive, lingering aftertaste. Shows a lot of ripe fruit. Very
approachable now, steak anyone?? 583 cases produced. 95% Cabernet Sauvignon,

In keeping with my past Merlot’s. the ’05 has a crackling energy, from its Asian 5-spice and sandalwood aromas to its taut and coltish texture.
